How to make a Christmas tree with a cabin
At Christmas you always want something fairy-tale, magical. With this decoration, your home will be filled with a fairy tale.
Materials:
– glass jar with a screw cap
– foam cone
– artificial fir branches
– battery-operated garland
– artificial candle
– Christmas tree ornaments (balls)
– artificial berries
– small fir cones
– acrylic varnish
– paint brushes
– PVA glue
– acrylic paints (brown, gray, black)
– plywood circle
– tree branches
– tree bark
– plaster door
– moss
– artificial snow
– glue gun
– egg tray mix (see previous posts for how to make it)
Step 1
Cover the plywood circle and the jar with the mixture (popiemache). We leave places for windows and doors. Leave to dry for 24 hours, in a well-ventilated, warm place.
Step 2
Glue the lid from the jar on the bottom of the cone. Cover the bottom of the cone with the popemache mixture. Leave to dry for 24 hours.
Step 3
Glue the plaster door. Make windows.
Step4
Insert spruce branches into the cone. Glue pieces of bark on the top and bottom of the fir tree. Attach Christmas tree decorations and berries. Glue moss. Attach garland to the tree.
Step5
Paint the house with acrylic paints. Glue the moss. Put a candle inside the jar.
Step6
Lightly grease the tree and the stand with PVA glue and sprinkle with artificial snow.
