How to make quokka hug bookmark

What do you need:

• Colored craft paper or card stock
• Pencil
• Markers
• Scissors
• Glue stick

Step 1

Download the printable quokka hug bookmark template and print it out. The template includes the quokka’s head, body, tail, feet, arms, hands, ears, cheeks and eyes.

Step 2

Trace the parts of the template onto craft papers of the appropriate color. Choose brown for the quokka’s body parts, with dark brown for the tail, hands and feet. Go with light pink for the cheeks. Cut out all the parts and lay them out.

Step 3

Assemble the head of the quokka by sticking on the eyes, ears and cheeks.

Step 4

Stick the hands to the ends of the arms. Then stick the arms on the body with glue, making sure the arms face inward.

Step 5

Complete the quokka’s face by drawing a nose and mouth with a marker.

Step 6

Stick the feet to the bottom of the quokka’s body.

Step 7

Now stick the completed head on the body of the quokka. Stick the tail on the back of the quokka’s body.
