How to draw a Great Tit tutorial

Let`s learn how to draw a Great Tit.

If we are not professional ornithologists, it would be difficult to distinguish between small birds by body shape. Agree that we know these birds mostly because of the color or characteristics, such as crest. Therefore, while we perform a linear pattern – the great tit, we have to draw a generalized image of a bird just good and right without breaking symmetry and proportions.

On the sketch it is important to specify the location of the branch and the birds torso angle. :

Specify the form of the body:

The head is large, neck is not noticeable.

Small wings pressed to the sides, toes grip on the branch. The tail is similar to a folded fan.

Well,we drew some sort of small bird. Now we will provide it with the characteristic features of the great tit.

Paint the chest in yellow and everyone acknowledges that this is a Great Tit.

Now we will draw a great tit standing on the ground.
